Normally, magic happens out of the comfort zone, where everyone feels safe and makes us stand still. So in these times, it is very important for people to learn that the only constant that we have is change, and we need to adapt to it. That means for current times to learn to work remotely for example. Because Luc is trying to shape the future, he already in this mindset. Software and product development have a lot to do with being open, thinking about where one wants to be and be ready to fail. It’s very important that people in a company don’t define themselves only by constant success. People can develop a growth mindset by setting small challenges that get bigger after each success.
