Having a purpose is critical for companies as there’s a shift from consumers, talents, investors, actually everyone. Everyone is asking and expecting companies to stand for something beyond their product or service. It’s not something that’s nice to have that companies can opt for but is only thing they need on which everything else is based.

For the data-minded among us, a very interesting figure is that companies with a purpose outperform the stock market by 42%. This means that having a purpose is not just nice and fluffy but impact the bottom line.
