In cooperation with Martina Amberg, we prepared a feasibility study for the start-up cTRU. The mission of cTRU is to create more transparency in the banking industry. Bank customers often feel left alone with their problems. As a central contact point, cTRU is the platform for questions, problems, feedback and other banking matters that bank customers may have. We have investigated what concerns bank customers have and what technical options exist to create value in this environment. The study looks at the costs, dependencies and time involved in the different solutions. For cTRU, the study was an important tool to take a closer look at the opinion-forming and decision-making process and to develop a tool that generates constant added value for all users.
